How Home Watch Works
Our Home Watch Specialists will visit your property on a weekly basis, thoroughly walking the grounds and inspecting for any abnormalities. Each visit includes a detailed visual check and photo documentation to ensure transparency and peace of mind. If any issues arise, such as potential security risks or maintenance needs, you will receive comprehensive documentation and a professional recommendation on how to address the problem.
If additional services are required and fall outside of our expertise, we’ll connect you with one of our trusted business partners to ensure the issue is resolved quickly and effectively. Our goal is to keep your home safe and well-maintained while you’re away, with the highest level of professionalism and care.

How It Works

Weekly Visits – Exterior
Desert Veterans’ Home Watch Specialists will visit your property weekly, thoroughly walking the exterior grounds and inspecting for abnormalities.
- Check for signs of break-ins, vandalism, pest, or storm damage.
- Check for water leaks, plumbing issues, or HVAC malfunctions.
- Inspect windows, doors, and exterior cameras to ensure property security.
- Collect flyers, packages, or mail that signals an unoccupied home.
- Secure outdoor furniture, shutters, or other items that may have shifted due to weather conditions.
- Conduct post-storm inspections to assess any damage or flooding.
- Remove debris or broken branches.

Interior Services
Based on your needs, Desert Veterans trusted, vetted, bonded, and insured staff will inspect your home interior weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Services include:
- Checking for abnormalities, water leaks, pest presence, signs of forced entrance, camera functionality, etc.
- Flush toilets.
- Run all facets for 30 seconds.
- Check that all thermostats are working correctly.

Each visit includes photo documentation to ensure transparency and peace of mind. If any issues arise, you will receive comprehensive documentation and professional recommendations on addressing the problem.

If the services required fall outside our expertise, we’ll connect you with one of our trusted business partners and work with them until the job is complete.
